They need advice from a lifter Lean ...? First, I am a woman of 25 years of age. I started lifting seriously and it will increase my cardio day and realized that I've lost about 5 inches on my clothes and nice definition I am developing all the arms and legs. My weight in terms of numbers is the same. 135 lbs, 56 in height. Currently only the muscles really stand out after lifting. Apart from that my body is still too fat to look carved all the time. I know that to get this look really need my cardio and lose more body fat, so I started swimming and running sprints as a form of HIIT. I want to make a little bigger and more cut, but not swollen or large, or manly in any way. Only athletic between a right as Jessica Alba and Jessica Biel look. I drink a whey shake every night after training. I just started to add 5 grams of creatine a day and someone told me that I would win, it seems more fat / less fat and basically ruining my efforts to get cut and lean. Is this true? Suggestions? Ideas?
